Pick It Up Fitness came together by two people who shared the same passion for health and fitness.

Michael and Katherine are friends who both have the same aspirations, which is changing people’s lives for the better.

We strongly believe that being a part of something so powerful which is improving ones over-all well-being , mentally and physically, makes our job worth doing forever!

We create an environment that is always happy, friendly and welcoming!

Pick it up fitness has a specialized timetable which focuses on a different muscle group each day! This means that every muscle is targeted throughout each week, working to increase strength and tone whilst always working on fitness and endurance!
